Log Into Disney MyID Web Portal : 

The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) offers its employees and all the authorized users MyID Login Portal, an Identity and Access Management site, to connect them with the company and access and share content from a computer or mobile device with or without being on the Disney Network.

MyID acts as the main login system. So, the users no longer need to remember multiple login credentials to access the applications and services across the TWDC organizations. It will serve as an all in one destination to simplify your login experience in Disney network.

About Disney MyID

MyID is the email address and corresponding password that you received from your company. It is a single login system that allows the associates and other registered individuals to use their company-provided email address or company designated ID as username and gain access to all TWDC devices, applications, and websites.

If you are not sent a company email address, you need to use your ‘Company-assigned ID’ and password to log in Disney MyID Web Portal. The ID can be your SAP ID or the account you use to login your workstation.

The external business partners representing another organization will be required to use the ID that has been assigned to them by their contract at the Walt Disney Company as MyID.

How to Login Disney My ID Account

In order to log in and access Disney MyID Portal, have your login details at ready and then you may follow the brief guide provided below

• Visit www.myid.disney.com/services/login
• Enter Company Email or ID in the specific field on the page
• Check the “Remember Me” box if you want to be logged in on the device you are using or speed up the login procedure for later access

 

 

• Click the “Sign In” button to enter the password.

You can access the ‘Login to MyID’ portal in your preferred language. For that, you need to click the “Change Language” link located at the bottom of the MyID window.

How to Reset Your MyID Password

In case, you forgot the password of your MyID account or it does not work, click the “Need Help?” link found at the middle of the MyID portal. Click on the second option, “I Forgot My Password” and enter the following two pieces of information to help the system identify you.

• Email or Company Assigned ID
• And your Last Name

 

Click the “Next” button to proceed with the security questions. If you give correct answers you will be prompted to confirm your identity and create a new password.

How to Complete MyID Registration Online

If you are a first time user to log in Disney MyID Portal, you must register in the site and create a password to your MyID online account. For the registration, you can follow the steps listed here.

• Go to Login to MyID portal at www.myid.disney.com/services/login and click the “Need Help?” link or directly access www.login.myid.disney.com/help
• Select the first blue “I’m A First Time User” button to enter the MyID Registration Page
• Enter the Email or Company Assigned ID and your last name in their respective fields

 

• Click the “Next” button to move forward

Provide the required information to confirm your identity. Set up the security questions-answers and create your MyID password to log in and access the site.

Disney MyID Two-Step Verification

The Two-Step Verification feature provides a faster and secure experience when you work outside the Disney Network. It is an extra layer of security that significantly reduces the risk of accessing your MyID account even when they have the password.

It is a simple one-time enrollment process that you can do by logging into your MyID account. If the enrollment is successful you will receive a confirmation email stating that you will now be able to access your applications which require Two-Step Verification. After that, you can access those applications from off the Disney Network and for which you need to sign in both steps.
