In order to access Therap system, you need to log in to your Therap user account. To complete the Login procedure right way, you can go through the steps described below. But before that, you must have the required Therap Login credentials that you received from your Administrator or Supervisor at your agency.

• Go to www.therapservices.net
• Click on the “Secure Login” link at the top right corner of the homepage.
• The information in Therap Login Page can be displayed in English, Spanish or Romanian based on your select option. The links to change into your preferred language will be found on the left side above the login area.
• Enter the Login Name, Password and Provider Code of your agency in the fields specified for them

 

 

• Click the blue “Login” button and you will be entered into the Therap system

Note that password and provider code in the Therap Login page is case sensitive. So, you must type that information including uppercase and lower case letters exactly as they are provided to you. If you enter them incorrectly, you will be asked to input that again. Still, have trouble logging in, you may need to check whether the ‘caps lock’ key on your keyboard is turned off or on according to the applicable requirements.

Login Help

If you have forgotten your Therap password, you can reset it from the login page only if the functionality has been enabled for your Therap account by your Provider Administrator and also you have set up the feature previously. For resetting the password,

• Go to the Therap Login Page

• Submit your Therap Login Name, Password and Email or Text to start the procedure.

Still, you are unable to log in? You need to contact your agency provider or administrator who is authorized to reset the password. If you are the provider or super admin at the agency, tell another super admin to reset your password for you.
